Welcome Newcomers
Come and see - explore the possibilities of making Harvest your new church home.

If this is your first experience with Harvest, we hope this information helps you get to know a little about who we are. Of course, the best way to find out is from the people. We hope you’ll come and enjoy meeting our community of faith.

Worship at Harvest
Harvest has two weekly worship services. The basic pattern for worship is typically the same at both. The 9:00 service usually includes more of the historic liturgy of the church and music from the United Methodist hymnal. The 10:30 service includes a time especially for children and a variety of music that is led by members of our worship band. We celebrate communion weekly at both services. Gluten-free bread is available upon request.

SEED Groups at Harvest
SEED stands for Supporting Each other Every Day. A SEED group is a small group of people who gather to build friendships and grow in faith. Many of our groups start as a result of people sharing a particular interest. Maybe you have an idea! To find out more or to offer a suggestion, just check the box on the Connect! pad in the attendance folders.

Children & Youth at Harvest
Harvest wants to help your children grow their faith, too. We offer Sunday school weekly for all ages at 9:00 and 10:30. At 9:00, children go directly to their Sunday school classes. At 10:30, children are checked in near the nametag board in the gathering area. After the Time Especially for Children in worship, children are escorted to their classes by their teachers via the side door. Also, excellent child care is provided all morning for infants and toddlers.

For youth, from 6th to 12th grades, there is HY5, a program especially for them every Sunday evening beginning at 5pm. The evening includes games, dinner, music, small group learning, and worship time that speaks to the heart and language of pre-teens and teenagers.

Giving at Harvest
An offering is an expression of thanks for God’s many good gifts to us. Our gifts support the mission and ministry of the church. We encourage persons who make Harvest their church home to give faithfully. Gifts can be placed in the offering boxes located on stands in the Harvest Centre.
