The Christian life is not meant to be lived alone. We were created for connection – with God and with one another. A wide variety of SEED groups are offered at Harvest throughout the year.  There’s sure to be one for you! The next semester starts in the fall. Sign-ups begin August 15.

Prayerfully consider this opportunity and then sign up at Hospitality Hub 1 to reserve your place. When you sign up for a class, you may also make reservations for care for all ages of children through those entering 5th grade in the fall. Childcare space is limited so you will want to sign up early.

Where are you?

How do you know which phase fits you best? Read the following general statements. If you find yourself identifying with one of the particular phases, you might choose to look for classes that are especially designed for this phase of the Christian journey. Of course, with few exceptions in classes that require a prerequisite, you are always welcome at Harvest to sign up for any group that seems a good fit for you and your desire to learn and grow.

Exploring – I would like to explore the concept of faith. I am searching for meaning in my life. There seems to be something missing. I’ve heard of God and Jesus, and I have questions to ask. I occasionally try reading the Bible, but it is so difficult to understand.

Beginning – The Christian beliefs and stories of Jesus are new to me, but I am ready to know more about how a relationship with Christ could change my life. I want to understand more about Jesus’ teaching through classes and my own study.

Deepening – I’m interested in in-depth studies that challenge my ideas and help me grow. I read the Bible often and sometimes sense the Holy Spirit’s guidance in my life. I’ve begun my faith journey and am excited about learning more. I’m ready to explore how others live out their faith, and am open to find out how God might move in my life.

Centering – I’m striving to make my faith the center of my life. I regularly read the Bible and am trying to respond as the Spirit leads me. As I continue to focus on my journey and continued growth, I am ready to reach out to others. What are my gifts and what is God’s calling for my life?
